Using to Cure Stained Glass Windows 

^{Note:  If your window is larger than the curing station, heat your window in sections.}  

 General Instructions

1. Assemble your stained glass window with either NO Days Pre-Glazed Lead / Zinc or NO Days Glaze.
2. Solder joints.  Flat as possible solder joints preferred to allow for efficient heat transfer through lead to NO Days Glazing compound.
3. Place window on non-flammable work space surface such as metal, wood, plywood, mdf, etc.  Curing station is designed to output a temperature of 220F. 
4. Gently lower down the curing station on top of your window.   Turn curing station on when on window to avoid thermal shock to your glass.  Allow curing station to transfer heat for approximately 15 minutes.  Heat will transfer through lead or zinc allowing the NO Days Glaze to reach its phase-change temperature of 160F/71C.
5. Remove curing station to allow the window to cool to fully cure.  For exterior windows, it is recommended to turn window over and heat for an additional 15 minutes.

Using to Cure Mosaics 

General Instructions

1. Assemble your mosaic with either NO Days Mosaic Adhesive Film or NO Days Mosaic Mesh.  Make sure your mosaic workspace is a non-flammable surface such as metal, wood, plywood, mdf, etc.  Curing station is designed to output a temperature of 220F.
2. Gently lower down the curing station on top of the glass or tile pieces.  Turn on the curing station when on mosaic to avoid thermal shock to glass.  Allow curing station to transfer heat through glass or tiles for approximately 15 minutes.  Heat will transfer through the glass or tiles allowing the NO Days Adhesive to reach its phase-change temperature of 160F / 71C.
3. Remove curing station to allow the mosaic to cool to fully cure.  When cured, grout mosaic as normal.
