THERMALLY CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE FILMS

FastelTack T20 and T20-DC material is a thermally conductive pressure sensitive adhesive that offers thermal management and quick stick adhesion for applications such as IC Chips, Heat Sinks, LED/Heat Sink Mount and Battery Attachment. FastelTack T20 offers a high degree of substrate conformability and adhesion to acheive excellent thermal performance even at hand applied pressures. T20 eliminates the need for fasteners or clipping mechanisms due to its quick stick, long term adhesion characteristics. FastelTack T20-DC (double coated) or T20-SC (single side coated) offers higher film thicknesses through the use of a range of substrates from polyimide film to metal foils.
