UL94-VO Certification - UltraPhase 60 (KP1.5-L05 and KP2-L05)
UltraPhase 60 acheives UL94-VO certification for types KP1.5-L05 (0.064mm) and KP2-L05 (0.076mm). UltraPhase 60 utilizes a new type of polyimide film substrate that offers almost twice the thermal conductivity of traditional MT polyimide films. With the introduction of phase change on both sides or single side (with adhesive backing), UltraPhase 60 offers low thermal resistance packaged with reliable insulating (dielectric) characteristics. .
